Stepan workers want a fair contract.

Workers at the Stepan Company in Fieldsboro, New Jersey have been locked out of their jobs since January 24th as punishment for organizing a union. The lockout pits a transnational chemical company against workers in a small New Jersey town who voted by a wide margin to become UE members in January 2005.
